Seminar Rooms, Leaning Commons, Lecture Room and Research Room (Group)

Please submit your application through the following form by 5:00 PM on the preceding weekday before your desired date (or 35 days prior for events hosted by off-campus organizations). We will review your application and notify you of its approval or denial via your university email address.

Group Study Rooms, Hinoki Area and Research Room (Individual)

Group Study Rooms and Hinoki AreaAvailable for reservation only by students.
Research Room (Individual) * No talking or noise allowed.Available for reservation by students, faculty and staff.

Please make a reservation via the appbefore using the room. For instructions on how to use the app, please refer to the operation manual (in Japanese).

After making a reservation via the app, please visit the Circulation Desk at your scheduled time, and bring your IC student/faculty ID card or Library Card.
* If you do not have an IC student/faculty ID card or Library Card, please bring a university-issued identification document that shows your enrollment or employment period, and visit the Circulation Desk in advance during weekdays, 9:00–17:00.

If you do not check in within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Learning Commons of Central Library It has a seating capacity of about 40.

Seminar Rooms(A・B・C)/ The 3rd floor of Main Building

* Seminar rooms are currently unavailable due to a roof leak.

 Seminor Rooms of Central Library It has a seating capacity of 100.
This room can be partitioned into three rooms.
"Seminor A" 15 seats,
"Seminor B" 30 seats,
"Seminor C" 30 seats.

Group Study Rooms(1A/1B・2A/2B・3-7)/ The 3rd floor of Main Building
 Group Study Rooms of Central Library It has a seating capacity of 1-10.

Lecture Room / The 1st floor of West Building
 Lecture room of Central Library It has a seating capacity of 42.

1st Research Room (Group)・2nd Research Room (Group) / The 4th floor of West Building・The 3rd floor of West Building
 Research Room of Central Library It has a seating capacity of 2-10・2-12.

Attention
* Food is not allowed anywhere in Central Library.
* Covered drinks are welcome in the above facilities. Non-covered drinks are permitted only in Learning Commons, Language Learning Space and Relaxation Station in the library.
