Facility usage charge and time-limit for application
Facility usage charge and time-limit for application differ according to terms of use. Please check the following table.

Seminar Rooms, Leaning Commons, Lecture Room and Research Room (Group)
Please submit your application through the following form by 5:00 PM on the preceding weekday before your desired date (or 35 days prior for events hosted by off-campus organizations). We will review your application and notify you of its approval or denial via your university email address.
Group Study Rooms and Hinoki Area
Please apply either by visiting us in person or by email.
Please email your reservation request by 5:00 PM on the preceding weekday before your desired date. Include your "Applicant Name", "Number of users", and "Desired Time Slot" in your email.

* Food is not allowed anywhere in Central Library.
* Covered drinks are welcome in the above facilities. Non-covered drinks are permitted only in Learning Commons, Language Learning Space and Relaxation Station in the library.
