When You Visit Library
We ask you- not to come library when you have fever, cough and sense of fatigue.
- to wear a mask in libraries and frequently wash or disinfect your hands.
- to take social distance and avoid contacts with other users.
- to make your stay as short as possible.

You can use reading desks. We reduce the number of desk and chairs, use them only for your study.【Available Services】

○ Print out materials using library printers. (Only from user-own computers)
→You need to install a driver for library printer in advance.

【Use of Materials in Restricted Area】
Some area is closed to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus. Apply to Circulation Desk to use materials in the restricted area.You can get the materials on that day if you apply until 4 p.m., weekdays. t takes time if you apply by e-mail and FAX. We will announce you by e-mail when the applied materials are ready.

Use by non-member of Okayama University
Non-members of Okayama University are not allowed to use library.- It is due to avoid contacts with users in condition we reduce the number of reading desks and chairs.
- Use by non-members are decided based on "Okayama University Guidelines on Activity Restrictions to Prevent the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus Infection."
- You can return borrowing materials.
- We accept renewal of library cards. Come to Circulation Desk not entering the entrance gate.
- You can borrow and return materials of Okayama Prefecture Library.（Come to Circulation Desk not entering the entrance gate.
- You can get books in Okayama University through public libraries. Ask nearby public library.
Shikata Branch Library

User must exit at 8 p.m. and re-enter using special entrance service.
Special entrance service will start after the patrol by staff in the library.
Special entrance service all day are on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
※Special entrance service allow faculties and students in Shikata Campus to enter the Shikata Branch Library while the library is closed.
