"Let's take a tour with the Ikeda Family Collection", is one of the Okayama University extention courses.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th rounds of its course consist of three guided tours by specialists of the history of Okayama City. An audience takes a guided tour in reference to the picture maps from the Ikeda Family Collection each time.
In the 2nd round, on May 30 2015, Mr. Minoru Norioka, the chief of Cultural Assets Division, Okayama City, guided an audience around former samurai residences in Okayama City.
