Okayama University Libraries held the 18th Chikoraku Seminar on Jan. 17, 2018.
Ms. Tsukie Koyama, who runs a natural food restaurant in Okayama City, gave a lecture about healthy eating with vegetables in front of 39 participants.
After the seminar, participants actively asked many questions, which showed the high interest in healthy eating.
