On the night of December 23rd, we received a notification from AAAS regarding a large number of downloads to the electronic journal Science from this university. As a result, access from the corresponding IP address has been blocked. We are currently investigating the matter, but we have received a warning from Science to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

We ask all users to review the terms of use once again and use the service in accordance with the rules.

Unintentional mass downloads can occur due to browser functions, etc. Even in such cases, publishers will consider it a mass download, so please be especially careful.

・Do not use download support programs, file acquisition tools, or P2P software.
※Please do not use add-ons for WWW browsers that include similar functions (such as predictive features).

・Even when downloading manually, please download only the papers you are reading at that time.
※Please refrain from downloading files in advance that you might read in the future, as this could be judged as a mass download.
