KinoDen is currently experiencing an issue.
Users attempting to view e-book content via the browser viewer on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.) with the bREADER Cloud app installed are unable to view the content properly.
*If the app is not installed, viewing the content via the browser viewer is possible.
The provider is currently identifying the cause of the issue and working to release a revised version of the app.
Until the issue is resolved, please use the following methods:
1) For users with iOS/iPadOS devices where the app is installed
→ You can view the e-book content only through the app. Viewing via browser is not possible.
2) For users with iOS/iPadOS devices where the app is not installed
→ You can view the e-book content via browser.
3) For other devices (PC, Android), both browser and app access function normally.
