Non-members of Okayama University is continuously restricted to use libraries.
- It is due to avoid contacts with users in condition we reduce the number of reading desks and chairs.
- Use by non-members are decided based on "Okayama University Guidelines on Activity Restrictions to Prevent the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus Infection."

- Professor emeritus of Okayama University
- Members of the Joint Graduate School (Ph. D. Program) in Science of School Education, Hyogo University of Teacher Education (Only for those who are assigned to Okayama University)
- People who passed the Okayama University entrance examination, and are planning enter Okayama University.
